Our goal is to streamline the referral process and provide seamless coordination between services to support the mental and physical health of our community.

Referring clients to Jackson County therapy

Referring a client to Jackson County Therapy is easy and efficient. We accept referrals via phone, email, or fax.

Once a referral relationship is established, external providers will have the option to access our secure client portal, where they can submit referrals using our standardized referral forms, and coordinate care with our providers. However, using the portal is completely optional and not required to submit referrals.

If you're unsure of the best referral route, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We accept referrals for a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues.

We offer a sliding scale fee for uninsured or underinsured clients based on income and need.
